Will I get free shipping?

We are currently offering free shipping on all domestic orders over $30 within the United States and a $13 shipping fee for orders under $30.

After my order has been placed, how long can I expect it to ship?

If you order before 3pm US time, over 99% of orders ship the same day. In peak seasons, during holidays, or due to carrier-related issues, if your order isn’t shipped the same day, it will be shipped the following day.Delivery time is usually 7–15 days.

Where are my items shipping from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Knoxville, TN.

Can I pick up my order?

Our facility is designed for lightning-fast dispatch. If you place your order before 3 PM U.S. time, we ship 99% of orders the same day.In the very rare case that your order isn’t shipped the same day, it will ship the following day.Unfortunately our business model doesn’t allow for pickups as the facility we use is not open to the public.

Do you accept returns?

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service through Live Chat. We will arrange a refund, replacement, or return for you as soon as possible. For any items damaged in transit, you can contact us via email to submit your claim.

What if I make a mistake on my order?

Due to our fast dispatch times, sometimes your order will enter the packing que right after you place it. If it is packed, it’s then added to a shipping container awaiting to be collected by the carrier. Once this has happened, we’re unable to go through the container to find your package. 

Are my shipments covered by insurance?

In rare cases, shipments do get lost and unfortunately sometimes shipping companies will refuse to take responsibility for lost items that are marked as delivered.

Your order with us is protected against damage, loss, or theft. In some cases, if your item is marked as delivered but was not actually received, we may require a police report in order to process your claim.

If your order unfortunately does not arrive or arrives damaged, you can easily submit a claim via email to receive a replacement or a full refund. We are pleased to offer this service to you.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
