1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $30 within the United States. For orders under $30, a flat $13 shipping fee will apply.
2. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all U.S. states.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
3. How long will delivery take?
We use UPS as our primary shipping carrier to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time. The standard delivery time is usually 7–15 business days.
4. Can I pick up my order?
No. We do not offer local pickup due to our fast dispatch process.
5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be changed or canceled before they enter the packing process. Once packed, we cannot retrieve them from the shipping system.
6. Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
No. There are no customs duties or taxes for shipments within the United States.
7. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress in real-time.
8. What is your return policy?
You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order.
After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
9. Is there a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge restocking fees on returned items.
10. What condition must returned items be in?
Returned items must be:

In original packaging with all tags attached
Please note: Used, damaged, or personalized/custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange.
11. How do I return or exchange an item?

We will provide return instructions.
Do not send items back without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.
12. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
13. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
14. How do I exchange an item?
Please initiate a return for the original item, and place a new order separately for the item you’d like instead.
15. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
We’ll resolve the issue at no cost to you.
