Will I get free shipping?

Currently, we offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $99 within the US, apart from in sale periods where otherwise stated.

After my order has been placed, how long can I expect it to ship?

Over 99% of our orders shipped the same day when you order before 3pm EST. In the very rare case that your order isn’t shipped the same day, it will ship the following day.

Where are my items shipping from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Knoxville, TN.

Can I pick up my order?

Our facility is designed for lightning fast dispatch and we ship 99% of our orders out the same day when you order before 3pm EST. Unfortunately our business model doesn’t allow for pickups as the facility we use is not open to the public.

Do you accept returns?

At this time, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind purchases. If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please reach out to our customer service via our Live Chat and we will happily refund or replace the item for you as quickly as possible. For any items damaged in transit, you can contact us via email to submit your claim.

What if I make a mistake on my order?

Due to our fast dispatch times, sometimes your order will enter the packing que right after you place it. If it is packed, it’s then added to a shipping container awaiting to be collected by the carrier. Once this has happened, we’re unable to go through the container to find your package. 

Are my shipments covered by insurance?

In rare cases, shipments do get lost and unfortunately sometimes shipping companies will refuse to take responsibility for lost items that are marked as delivered.

Your order with us is protected against damage, loss, or theft. In some cases, if your item is marked as delivered but was not actually received, we may require a police report in order to process your claim.

If your order unfortunately does not arrive or arrives damaged, you can easily submit a claim via email to receive a replacement or a full refund. We are pleased to offer this service to you.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
